Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time of 14 days even if the goods aren’t faulty.
By Law Karaoke uk Ltd will offer a refund to customers if we have been told within 14 days of receiving the goods that the customer wishes to cancel and return there order. The customer has another 14 days to return the goods back to karaoke uk ltd in the condition and in the same box the order was supplied in.
Karaoke uk Ltd will then refund the full amount within 1-14 days of receiving the goods back.
Please also beware that Karaoke uk has the right to refuse a refund if the order has been returned in not the condition it was supplied in, unless agreed prior with the Karaoke uk
we can also save you the trouble and arrange collection at a set price of £15.00 unless the item is faulty then we wil cover all cost .
